With over 25 years of experience, Jon is a veteran of the investment and wealth management industry and has worked with top-tier investors across the pension, foundation, endowment, institutional consultant, family office and ultra-high net worth segments.
Jon’s career was established in 1996 in the no-load mutual fund market where he worked with the nation’s top fee-only wealth managers, family offices and related industry leaders. In 2007, Jon transitioned to the institutional investment management market representing strategies that include Micro cap and Small Cap US Equity, Distressed Credit, Convertible Bonds and Hedge Funds. In 2019, Jon leveraged his expertise to provide investment solutions for ultra-high net worth families as a professional fiduciary.
Jon founded Western Level Advisors to share his experience for the benefit of others and to achieve a long-standing personal goal of creating his own advisory firm.
Prior to his residence in the Reno/Tahoe area, Jon spent 15 years in San Francisco, CA where he established his career. He and his wife Dina are raising two boys and they enjoy all that the Sierra Nevada region has to offer with their free time. Jon earned his BA in Finance from Fort Lewis College in Colorado in 1996.
