Western Level in the News…

1. Western Level to provide a group 401(k) for CATT members

The Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe has partnered with Western Level Advisors to offer its members a highly competitive, low cost, group 401(k) plan.  CATT members will be able to access 401GO.com’s Syndicate 401(k) plan with WLA acting as an advisor to each plan.  The Syndicate provides professional associations an attractive discount and further reduces plan costs as the participant level grows within the Syndicate.

Did you know: California mandates businesses with more than 5 employees provide a retirement plan option and Nevada’s mandate is expected to become live in the summer of 2025.

If you want to establish a 401(k) or check the market for a lower cost plan – please be in touch.

 Pro Tip:
401(k) plan costs have declined considerably in recent years...if you're not with a low cost provider, it's well worth the time and effort to update your plan.

2. Nevada Builders Alliance, Builders Breakfast, MAY 21st
The Nevada Builders Alliance will be hosting a breakfast meeting for business owners.  Western Level will participate alongside the Greater Nevada Credit Union and the Nevada Department of Taxation to discuss small business issues and financial best practices for business owners.  The event is structured as an “Ask Us Anything” panel discussion for NBA members.

The meeting is May 21st, 7.30am at the Tamarack Casino in South Reno.  If you would like to attend, please contact me directly and we'll talk about adding you to the guest list.
